FALSE CHARGEBACK POLICY

If you file a chargeback after receiving your product physically, digitally, or in person we reserve the right to report the case to Shopify and your bank as a fraudulent dispute.

We keep detailed records of every order, including:

  • Delivery confirmations (shipping or in-person),

  • Digital download access logs,

  • Order timestamps and communication history.

If a false chargeback is confirmed, a $100 fraud processing fee will be billed to your original payment method. This is to cover investigation and dispute resolution time.

We take pride in our business and our community fraud won’t be tolerated.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Once payment is processed and the order is fulfilled whether physically, digitally, or in person all sales are final. No refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be accepted.
